I just thought to write something different today.. Today, my article is about eBay.. Most of guys already know about this... but most of them are bit scared to deal with eBay.. This is why i thought to write this type of an article.

PayPal is the preferred payment method for most eBay users. It lets us send payments quickly and securely online using a credit card or bank account. In that way we can hide our personal details such as credit cards numbers and bank account numbers from other people.
There are few things u should really consider about when u buy something from eBay. Those are

4) Check whether the free shipping is available for ur country. If not then check the shipping cost for ur country.
5) Check whether the insurance fee is required or not.

As U all know this movie got 8.2 ratings in IMDB. This is one of the best(est) and cutest movies I ever watched. Great story.. Great Imagination... The story goes around a boy (Hiccup) and a Dragon (Toothless) :).. Hiccup is a Viking. but he is not a well build person.. His father is the leader of this village.
They are having so much troubles because of dragons... Hiccup is dreaming to hunt dragons by himself but his father doesn't allow him to do coz he is not qualify enough for that(coz his appearance). But finally he is becoming the most favorite person in the village by solving the problem between dragons and Vikings.

How come this thing happen?? If u guys really want to know then download the movie and watch... Cheers..!! :)

Nokia 5800 - My New Phone

Yeah this is my new phone.. actually I bought this phone on June... according to my statistics still it's new.. :P
This phone is really worth enough for its price. Normally It's really hard to find a nokia phone with great features but cheap price.
But 5800 has changed the Nokia tradition... It has everything u need in nowadays... if u need GPS then it's there.. if U need a touch screen then it's there, likewise everything is there in Nokia 5800..
Nokia 5800 has 2 different products.. one is xpressmusic edition and the other one is navigation edition... Most of the people say that the navigation edition has Bugs... But I'm not sure about that...
Anyways I have bought the xpressmusic edition...

If u are looking for a phone to buy.. then i do recommend Nokia 5800... but if U have more money then I think U have many options .. ;)

New Moon (2009)

Finally I have watched the movie "New Moon" yesterday. Waited since February to watch this movie in a Cinema.. But the hope was faded.. I think Guys this will not gonna show in theaters in Sri Lanka..
According to my view point.. this is not a good movie.. specially comparing with the Twilight. I don't like the characters of Bella and Edward in here. Bella is giving hopes to Jacob it seems.. Felt really sorry about him throughout the movie.. Edward cannot even stand for Bella, when she was in a trouble. Finally he thought that Bella is dead and he tried to suicide...
Is this true Love.??
No comments about Jacob's Role. without his role, this movie is nothing.
After I watched the Movie "Twilight", I was lost in a dream world.. But after I watched this movie, it shattered everything...
This is how I felt Guys...
Now I'm waiting for Eclipse.. Hope it will recreate my dreamworld back... :)

What we need is a way to work together so that neither side dominates. As users see previous versions of the software they come up with new ideas and opinions. Because of the intangibility of software, most developers have a difficult time estimating how long development will take.
To avoid these problems, what we do is we make decisions based on the information we have at hand. Rather than making all decisions at the beginning of a project, we spread the decision-making throughout the project.
To do this we make sure we have a process that gets us information as early and often as possible. And this is where “User Stories” come in for “Agile Requirements”.

Finally I got the new housing for my cute, darling phone.. It's Black.. As I told U guys before, I bought it 4m E Bay.. They have sent me the housing + equipments to remove ma old housing.... such a nice seller.. :)
I had to spent around Rs. 700/= to buy this(housing with key pad + equipments ) 4m E Bay... I must tell u this guys.. If u want to buy this(without equipments) from Softlogic then U will have to spend Rs. 3000/= . Without Keypad, u can buy this around Rs. 2000/=... :)
I got it within 1 week... fast delivering... (but took so much time for me to write a blog post.. it's another story.. ;) )

Today is big damn bored day... no task @ office...
When i was busy with office stuff i wished all the time... "oh please I need a Break..." But now it's totally other way round... Today I have nothing to do except testing.. So I started to surf the Internet... First E bay.. then sinhala Bloggers.. then net games.. ;).. ah twitter as well... nothing impressed me much.. :O then I started to read a book.. actually it's a PDF.. Think U guys already know about this book.. It's Head First SQL... when i saw the name of the e book.. First I felt uhhh... another technical book... :(
But when i started to read it.. the whole impression was changed.. the writing style is pretty interesting.. It's really simple and it used so many funny stuff to explain the theory parts...
Still I'm reading it... why don't u guys try that out?? It's damn interesting...

My Mobile Phone..

This time I came up with a different story.. Actually this is not a story. This is about my mobile phone...

My phone is a Nokia 5200 one. I bought this phone on year 2007. Now it is 2 and 1/2 years old. :)
I have fallen in love with it. It was a love @ first sight.. :P
I was searching for a cute, colorful(specially blue) and chubby phone at that time.. So finally I found one...

So somehow I bought it from SoftLogic..
Still I'm using this phone and now I'm looking for a new housing(Cover) to ma 5200.

I'll show U some pics of ma phone.. Then U will realize why I need one.. :)

Transformers II - Revenge of the Fallen

I went to watch Transformers II on 14th July. We had to book the tickets before we go there. We went for 7.00pm show, but the crowd... phew.... :) made nooooo difference...
I really love this movie.. Every inch of this movie is happening.. Yeah I know Guys... comparing to Transformers I this one is bit different.
Let's say like this...

Action, Great Story, Less Mistakes

More Action, Story (Not bad but not good also ... :P), Average Mistakes

According to my view point there are two visible goofs..

1) To the final war, why US soldiers coming to land(Egypt) across the sea?? Geographically it's not practical.
2) Why Megatron sending such a small creature to get the small piece from Megan Fox while they trying sooo hard to get other piece ?? Are they that much weak?

I saw there are sooo many goofs in IMDB site. But according to my view point I can ignore them coz this is not a real story and this is just an imagination, BUT it's a great imagination. I really love that imaginory world and Still I'm wishing to have a Robot like Bumble Bee.. :P

Fast and the Furious 4

Last week I have watched the Movie "Fast and the Furious 4". Finally Thank God.. It's really better than Tokyo Drift..

This time the story was based on a Heroin importer. Toretto(Vin D.)'s Girl was killed by them. After Toretto got to know about this, he decided to join with them and take the revenge from them.
Paul Walker is doing a great part the movie. He is doing the role of Brian O'Conner as a FBI agent. Brian is assigned to track a drug lord named Arturo Braga.

Both Toretto and Brian, having received the same information about Heroin Importers.
After that, this movie goes around how they meet those smugglers, how they win their tasks, how they get all the information about smugglers, what smugglers do to winners, etc...

Toretto & Brian combination makes the movie more Happening. I'm damn sure, U will gonna love this Movie.. Enjoy..!! ;)

Death Race - Killer Ride of Freedom ??

I watched the movie Death Race once... Actually I watched it last year. The Story was excellent according to my view point. It's a Thriller, action and a Sci-Fi Movie..
US prison wants to earn money using their prisoners... They don't care about prisoners' lives.. Only they want is money... They can create prisoners if they want for their purposes...
This is not a colorful movie... Because this movie is a race of life. But this is a happening movie... I had that curiosity "what will gonna happen next?? then ??" through out the movie..
Most Happening moment of the Death Race is the victory of Frankenstein and Joe. After they got together they managed to destroy the police vehicle using their tricks.
I don't like one part of this movie... Joe doesn't care about his partner.. In every tournament Joe's partner has to sacrifice his life. Without this part, I like this movie very much..!!

Yesterday I received two News Alert SMSs to ma mobile phone. It says that Indian Home minister and National Security adviser have resigned after the Mumbai attack. This thing is not familiar with Sri Lankan politics.
How lucky Indian people to have politicians like this..!If this Mumbai incident happen in Sri Lanka then ... then what?? nothing gonna happen except death of innocent civilians.
If this happen in Sri Lanka .. it will be just an incident, that's all and nothing more than that. Now the war is doing well in Sri Lanka.Yeah that's true that Sri Lankan Soldiers sacrificing their lives to destroy the terrorism.But most of the politicians can't understand the value of this.. Actually they can understand it but they don't like to understand it.. because the understanding of the reality is disadvantage for their persistence.

The Dark Knight and Heath Ledger..!!

Last week I went to watch the movie, The Dark Knight.... First of all I must say this...

It is a GREAT MOVIE....

According to www.imdb.com ratings the movie is in a higher position(9.1/10).
It should be like that..In this movie Christian Bale is acting as BatMan(Bruce Wayne) and Heath Ledger is acting as the Joker(Enemy of the movie).
In my view point, i think Heath Ledger is the person who did the biggest part of the movie.. His acting was marvelous..

Comparing his characters in Knight's Tale and this movie.. it was like Sky and Earth... But he has proved his talents by taking this challenge.
Normally I don't like to talk about Enemies of movies and their talents... coz always I see them as real world enemies.. :) So most of the times i hate them.

But this time Heath Ledger's acting makes a difference..
Most of his fans and non fans will accept this after they watched this film...We can talk about his talents, we can watch his talents, we can write his talents... but he can't see it, he can't read it and he can't listen...
because he is not with us anymore.. :(

Wish he was here with Us.. when this movie was released..!!

Hi Fellows.... I watched X files movie last Tuesday at Liberty Cinema...Actually it was a nice movie, But sad to say , there were no aliens this time.. :(

But there was a nice story in it...I really enjoyed that movie...

After all...Still I have some doubt places there.. does anyone know answers for these questions...??

They found a hand in the ice... It belongs to that person who is with Russian Doctors...then what happened to his body??

Why they transplant female bodies all the time, specially to that male??

From the very first beginning some fellows came to female FBI agent's house... but why they came?? to stole that dog or to kidnap that lady??

If they came to kidnap that lady, there were no bodiless person with them to do the transplant... so why they wanted to kill her??

Likewise, for me there are few "hard to understand" places... if anyone know answers to these.. please tell me guys... really like to know them...:)

Last week our Batch went Nuwara Eliya. It was our 3rd batch trip.We enjoyed our trip 2 da MAX. This was ma second trip 2 Nuwara Eliya.
Sri Lanka is a precious creation of Nature..I felt that i was in heaven when i was in Nuwara Eliya....
Total area of Sri Lanka is 65,610 square kilometers... Yeah I know .. Compare with India, China... it's damn small...
But the variations of the Climate in this small country.. wow i have no words to say...
For an example, I take colombo and Nuwara eliya...Temperature in Colombo (at sea level) varies from 25°C to 31°C...In Nuwara Eliya 10°C to 16°C . It is the central of the country(site of highest elevations).
The distance between Colombo and Nuwara Eliya is 180km.
It's such an amazing thing...
How Lucky I am..... Actually I'm really lucky to have a motherland like U,

3rd South Asian Wushu Tournament..!!

This time it was held in Dhaka - the capital of Bangladesh...on 23rd - 25th of April 2008..
There were Six teams from South Asian Region..They were Sri Lanka, India, Nepal, Pakistan, Bangladesh and Afghanistan..
There were around 130 players..India got the Championship and the Sri Lankan team got the 2nd Place...

I'm so happy coz i was also there, in my Sri Lankan Team.
I got 3 silver medals from my three events..No doubt about ma happiness he he.. :)

I met so much of good Bangladesh people there...Their appearance is damn equal to Sri Lankan People.. (but it's kind of hard to find a fat person there) .. :)
I take this opportunity to thank my Bangladesh Friends for their Support... Financially they are not rich but Emotionally THEY ARE MULTI MILLIONAIRES...!!

Hmm... let's get back to ma old track.. after a long long time...

This time I Thought to write something about BIG BANG THEORY..

Big Bang->>>The theory of an expanding universe that begins as an infinitely earthly and hot medium.
The theory is based on the mathematical equations, known as the field equations, of the general theory of relativity set forth in 1915 by Albert Einstein.

American astronomer Edwin Hubble provided some of the greatest supporting evidence for the theory with his discovery in 1929.The light of distant galaxies was universally shifted toward the red end of the spectrum.
This proved that the galaxies were moving away from each other. He found that galaxies farther away were moving away faster, showing that the universe is expanding uniformly.However, the universe's initial state was still unknown.

But this theory can be wrong... for an example take the Doppler effect.The Big Bang theory of the universe can be wrong because the cosmological red shift is due to the Compton effect rather than the Doppler effect.

Is Big Bang theory just a scientific attempt to safe the face of religious explanation of "God created everything" ?

Cancer....The name for diseases in which the body's cells become abnormal and divide without control.Cancer cells may invade nearby tissues.
Cancer grows out of normal cells in the body. Normal cells multiply when the body needs them, and die when the body doesn't. Cancer appears to occur when the growth of cells in the body is out of control and cells divide too rapidly. It can also occur when cells “forget” how to die.
There are many different kinds of cancers:-

1st of January 2007, we had a small function in our head office!!all the activities had begun after lightening the oil lamp.. so i thought to write something about the history of oil lamps!!
it's kind of interesting....!!
The oil lamps widely used since ancient times.The first lamp was invented around 70,000 BC.
A hollow rock, shell or other natural found object was filled with moss or a similar material that was soaked with animal fat and ignited. Humans began imitating the natural shapes with manmade pottery and metal lamps. Wicks were later added to control the rate of burning.
Around the 7th century BC, the Greeks began making terra cotta lamps to replace handheld torches.
The word lamp is derived from the Greek word "lampas", meaning torch.In the 18th century, the central burner was invented, a major improvement in lamp design.
Early lighting fuels consisted of olive oil, beeswax, fish oil, whale oil and etc.......

Lastly even though oil and the wick are there and the lamp too is burning, still if a wind blows the lamp goes out(Upachedaka or Akàla Marana).

It's an imaginary zone where spooky stuff seems to occur. The fact is that an abundance of boats and planes have entered the triangle, never to be heard from again.

Countless theories attempting to explain the many disappearances have been offered throughout the history of the area. The most practical seem to be environmental and those citing human error. The majority of disappearances can be attributed to the area's unique environmental features.

It has been said that the "Devil's Triangle" is one of the two places on earth that a magnetic compass does point towards true north. Normally it points toward magnetic north. The difference between the two is known as compass variation.

I went one of ma best friends' wedding yesterday!! It was in Taj and they had arranged all the things according to Buddhist rituals...
So i thought it's better to write something about the poruwa ceremony...
actually i don't even know much about that...
anyway here goes....
Of the many traditional events that take place during the Buddhist wedding, the ‘Poruwa’ ceremony is the most important. Therefore it is strictly guided by "Nekath".

The Poruwa Ceremony appears to have existed in Sri Lanka before the introduction of Buddhism in the 3rd Century B.C.

It was as valid custom as a registered marriage until the British introduced the registration of marriages by Law in 1870. Today's Poruwa Ceremony has been influenced by both upcountry and low country customs of Sri Lanka.

Getting married in Sri lankan Style is a life time experience. Compared to anywhere in the world, Sri Lanka is famous for long lasting marriages.
Present day society also have realized the value of their heritage!they have proved it yesterday!!

So why does the US Government guard the gates like this?what is the secret that they hiding from us?

Black holes....???

i'm pretty interesting about black holes!!coz it's one of the great mysteries....
What goes on inside is unknown.
What we refer to as the black hole is actually a kind of "surface" at which the velocity required for escape equals Speed of light(1079,252,848.8 km/h).
we can prove it according to this formula...

If G - gravitational constant
M - mass of a body whose is
R - radius

the escape velocity is,

In the case of a black hole, this velocity is equal to c the speed of light,
hence the radius(Schwarzschild) of a black hole is expressed as -

The collapsing star of a supernova will turn into a neutron star only if its mass is less than about two or three times of the Sun. If the mass is greater, then even the star's huge density cannot hold gravity back, and instead of a neutron star the supernova creates a "star" that nothing can support against gravity. At a small enough radius, the gravitational force becomes so great that light can't escape, and the star disappears forever into a "black hole."

physical & mental coordination.
Diz form is really effective for young and also old people as well.
this is like a treasure for every human,but unfortunately most of the people don't know about
this martial art very well...
It really helps us to balance our studies with so many extra activities and also it really helps us
to win so many internal things(the things that struggling in our mind)because of the mental and
physical coordination...I've achieved so many things because of wushu ..(actually it's really hard
to type all the advantages in here coz we can't translate all the feelings in to words,rite!!)

So why don't u guys try it out ,at least once???

I'm sure it will be a big advantage for u,everyone..!! :)
